You are invited to submit an abstract related to a qualitative inquiry from any discipline of study. You may also present findings of a mixed-method inquiry with a focus on qualitative data.

Abstracts either in the English Language or Bahasa Melayu language are welcome, however, an English translation of the abstract is required for the latter.

The abstract should typically comprise of the following types of categories:

1. Completed research work or project

2. Work in progress or proposals

3. Concept papers on qualitative methodology issues, innovative theories and ideas

4. Learning experiences in conducting qualitative inquiry

Important deadlines: 

​

• Abstract Submission: Extended to 30 September 2021

• Acknowledgement of Acceptance: 10 October 2021

• Registration to secure presentation in the conference and publication in the abstract book: 12 October 2021

A panel of reviewers will assess all abstracts independently. The decision on the acceptance of abstracts will be informed within 2-4 weeks. The scientific committee reserves the right to make the final decision on the acceptance of the abstract.

 

Keywords must be included. Manuscripts must be typed using Times New Roman (Font 12) and all parts must be double-spaced with 5cm (1.2 in) margins. The soft copy must be in a Word document.

The word count limit must be between 300 - 500 words.
